 Dog Park Construction Update (6/25/24)

The Centennial Dog Park Improvements are underway. Unfortunately, we have experienced some unexpected delays, but we are happy to say progress is being made.

Items completed to date include shelter installation, soil delivery, and grading. Over the next several weeks, the community will start to see the installation of irrigation lines and sprinklers, grass seeding, and crushed rock pathways.

We are excited about the upcoming improvements during the grass grow-in period, that will enhance your experience at the dog park, including improved benches, dog park play features, and drinking fountains for humans and their four-legged friends alike.

Thank you for your patience, as we complete these improvements.

At 25 acres, Centennial Park is Woodburn's largest park which includes 4 baseball fields, 2 full soccer fields, a playground, workout stations, a picnic shelter and splash pad. This park is also home to Woodburn's largest dog park.

Centennial Park has many amenities that make it great, but it is also a wonderful gathering place for community events. Each year, Woodburn's Fourth of July Celebration takes place at Centennial Park bringing in food vendors, live music, fireworks and fun to the whole community.
