I (or our agency) has the authority to grant the City of Woodburn the right and permission to forever use and reuse and publish, in any manner at all, videos and/or photos, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photos/videos, in conjunction with City owned tourism websites, social media, and kiosks with or without providing credit to the Videographer or Photographer.
By submitting photos and/or videos, I declare that I (or our agency) hold the copyright to the images submitted and that I have secured the right to distribute the images without restriction, including having proper releases form any individual(s) and location(s) featured in the images.
