In brief, refer to Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO):

• 2.07.15 for mobile food services as a "special use";

• Table 2.03A, D3b for mobile food services in the commercial zoning districts;

• Table 2.04A, D3b for mobile food services in the industrial zoning districts;

• 2.07.06 for delivery service (delivery for catering); and

• 3.07.07E for outdoor eating areas within the Downtown Development and Conservation (DDC) zoning district.
