Payments for water and sewer utility bills may be submitted by:

  • Online: 

  • Phone: 1-844-798-0486

    • When entering your account number, enter only the digits - skip the dash

  • Mail

  • Through your financial institution's bill pay system

  • In person at the Finance Dept. at 270 Montgomery St.

  • In the drop box located to the left of the main entrance to City Hall

  • In the members only drop box at the Woodburn Estates Club House.  

 

Payments by Mail

The City uses a lockbox system to process check payments for utilities that are sent by mail. Please mail your check payment and the remittance stub from the bottom of the utility bill to:
