Transportation System Plan (TSP): Subarea update

With contractor Kittelson & Associates, the city is updating this portion of the transportation system plan. We will be incorporating new data from an updated Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA) and the Housing Needs Analysis to determine what was projected versus what exists.
