PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE CITY OF

WOODBURN PUBLIC ARTS AND MURAL COMMITTEE

Notice is hereby given that the Woodburn Public Arts and Mural Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday – February 25^th, 2026 at 5:15 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, OR.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss a proposed mural installation at 152 Arthur Street.  The mural will face Cleveland Street and First Street.  A copy of the public art and mural application is available for review at the City of Woodburn Office of Economic Development, 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, OR. 

Any person(s) interested in commenting can do so at this public hearing. Written comments can be submitted to the City Recorder at City Hall (270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn OR) prior to the public hearing.
