The project preserves the existing competition and recreation pool of the Woodburn Aquatics Center. An addition will feature community rooms, fitness spaces, and other amenities to support community activities. Site amenities include proposed plazas and
preserving the existing tennis courts. To adequately serve the new facilities, the design features new parking areas, including one parking area located on vacant parcels across Oak Street.

Improvements to Settlemier Park include a new playground, basketball court, 1,575 square foot shelter, and walkway paths throughout.
