Hermanson Park

Enter Hermanson Park along the Greenway Trail and find a playground and picnic tables to enjoy. As you follow the paved path through old growth trees and plenty of open green space, you will eventually cross two cross streets and find yourself immersed in the sounds of the creek that the Greenway Trail follows. As you get closer to Hermanson Pond look out for birds, ducks and geese as you wrap up this nice .4 mile walk. Whether you're entering from the Mill Creek Greenway Trail or arriving by car, Hermanson Park offers a peaceful escape with opportunities for recreation and wildlife observation.

Parking can be found at the Greenway Trail Parking Lot located on the corner of Brown St. and E Cleveland St. or street parking is available along Marshall St. near the Greenway Trail entrance at Hermanson Park.

A NEW TRACK Trail site is coming to Hermanson Park and Pond!

For over a decade, Kids in Parks has connected kids and families to public lands nationwide through their TRACK Trails system. With family-friendly trails for hiking, biking, and more, over 200 locations exist in the TRACK Trail network. Each TRACK Trail hosts a series of self-guided activity brochures that turn hikes into exciting outdoor experiences. Participants can earn free prizes designed to encourage more exploration of outdoor spaces!
