View how to comment / testify about land use and zoning via the bottom of the Planning Commission homepage.

If wishing to submit large physical items as testimony, such as a photo mock-up on poster board, please call or e-mail the Planning Division at (503) 982-5246 or planning@ci.woodburn.or.us to schedule an appointment to drop off such materials at City Hall.

Attendees at the public hearing will also have an opportunity to speak to the Commission.

Exception:  For CU 24-02, the window for additional testimony closed September 23.  Because of this, the Commission will not take additional testimony at the October 24 meeting and will instead proceed to deliberate.  In other words, there will be no public comment period at the meeting.
