Public Meetings Law Grievances
 

To file a grievance  for a Public Meetings Law violation, send the written grievance to the City of Woodburn- City Recorder:

  • Via email: Recorder@ci.woodburn.or.us; or
  • By Mail or in person at:  270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, OR 97071.                                                             City Hall hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
