Design Review DR 23-08: Grating Pacific Building C

A proposed expansion of the Grating Pacific site at 2775 N. Front Street. Includes a new 22,600-square-foot building and associated site improvements for parking lot and landscaping. A Street Adjustment request is included to maintain existing street improvements along the site frontage. A Variance application is also included with requests to not meet landscaping requirements, to not provide a walkway connection between the street and main building entrance, and to not install street lighting.
