City of Woodburn is accepting sealed bids for the construction of “Hardcastle Avenue Realignment & Railroad Crossing” . Bids will be received by the City of Woodburn, OR at City Hall Annex, 190 Garfield St. until 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 13, 2019 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.
Major items of work are including but not limited to street construction, sidewalk and driveway reconstruction, street lighting and utility improvements.
