Coronavirus / COVID-19
Because of the governor's emergency Executive Order No. 20-16 (April 15) about coronavirus (COVID-19), the Commission on May 28 will meet remotely by telephone/video conference, and City Hall will remain closed to the public.
View Online Instead of Visiting City Hall
The City will use the GoToMeeting conferencing platform. Individuals requesting to see and/or hear the conference remotely must first contact the Community Development Director by Tuesday, May 26 by 9:00 a.m. to register and be e-mailed an access hyperlink and/or phone number.
The City directs that anyone who wishes to comment or testify to do so in writing via either e-mail or mail and not to attempt to enter City Hall. See "Where Do I Send Comments?" below.
How Can I See a Project to Comment on It before the Conference?
The staff report(s) published a week prior to the meeting through this webpage will include select site plans and documents, and fuller application materials are available for a project through the applicable project webpage found via the City Projects webpage.
Want to see more than what's on a project webpage? Contact staff. There might be more that staff can upload.
Where Do I Send Comments?
Any comments must submitted no later than the absolute deadline of Tuesday, May 26 at 9:00 a.m., which is the day after Memorial Day, in order for them to make it to the commissioners in the form of an addendum or addenda to the agenda packet.
