 I, FRANK LONERGAN, MAYOR, PURSUANT TO THE WOODBURN CITY CHARTER DO HEREBY CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE WOODBURN CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2024, AT 6:00 PM IN WOODBURN LIBRARY SQUARE 280 GARFIELD STREET, WOODBURN, OREGON.
