It is the mission of the Community Services Department to build a strong sense of community and improve the quality of life for all Woodburn residents. We accomplish this mission by providing an excellent system of parks, open spaces, facilities and leisure services, as well as a strong collection of informational materials, opportunities for lifelong learning and the promotion of literacy.
