Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships allow local businesses and community organizations to put their brand in front of the many thousands of folks who will attend various programs and events over the course of the year. Besides the promotional opportunity, business support of recreation programs, foster good will in the community, and helps to build civic pride. Sponsorships are offered at a variety of levels. Woodburn Recreation & Parks Board
The Woodburn Recreation & Parks Board will be conducted remotely by video conferencing.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
We would like to encourage anyone who wishes to participate to provide public testimony via email or phone. The following options are available for participation:
Written comments may be submitted to the Recreation and Parks Manager (and must be received by 5:00 p.m. the Monday prior to the meeting ). Meetings are held on the Second Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. City Hall is currently closed to the public, but comments may be submitted via email.
Digital comments (email) may be submitted to jesse.cuomo@ci.woodburn.or.us by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday, prior to the meeting.
Individuals may participate online through the Go to Meetings web conferencing platform. Contact Jesse Cuomo at jesse.cuomo@ci.woodburn.or.us or by phone at (503) 982-5266 to register for Go to Meetings participation (and must be received by 5:00 p.m. the Monday prior to the meeting).
