RV & Boat Storage

For residents living in a single-family dwelling (house) or duplex, the following are rules for parking your RV or boat on your property:

  • You may have up to two RVs or boats parked on your property.
  • The RV or boat must be parked for storage only. 
  • RV and boat parking must be located within a side or rear yard, must be on a paved surface, and must be screened and gated from view.
