Where Can Marijuana Dispensaries Be Located in Woodburn?

Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) 2.07.19 regulates where marijuana dispensaries can locate. To summarize, they are limited to industrial zones and have additional provisions that must be met:

• Cannot be located within 1,000 feet of public or private schools, child care facilities, public parks and recreation facilities, residential zoning districts, or another dispensary.

• The business must be entirely contained within a building. Gross floor area cannot exceed 3,000 square feet.

• Drive-throughs are prohibited.

• Must provide enhanced exterior security lighting.
