Code Enforcement Unit

The Code Enforcement Unit is staffed by two Community Service Officers (CSO’s) who are supervised within the Community Response Division.   CSO’s respond to thousands of calls for service ranging from animal complaints, graffiti abatement, tall grass, junked vehicles, parking, signs, garbage and other Woodburn ordinance violations.  CSO’s also participate in community wide education events to include the annual Good Neighbor program.
