Lieutenant Andy Shadrin | ✉
ANDY SHADRIN began his career at the Woodburn Police Department in November 2006, and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant of the Woodburn Police Department on January 28, 2019. Prior to his employment with the department, he was a corrections deputy at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office from June 2004 through October 2006.
Lt. Shadrin has held a wide variety of assignments including Patrol, Investigations and as a member of the Woodburn Tactical Service Unit. Lt. Shadrin is also firearms instructor and has been an emergency vehicle operations course instructor, field training officer, field training evaluation program supervisor, detective supervisor and canine program supervisor.
Lt. Shadrin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix, is a graduate of the 282nd session of the FBI National Academy and a graduate of the International Public Safety Leadership and Ethics Institute.
